We love guests at the Beacon Point Community Club! If you are a guest at our community, talk to your host about how things work, but here are a few guidelines for people coming to visit.
- If you are a guest visiting any of the community public areas, please wear a ID button (provided to your host) - failure to do so may result in getting sent out of the area.
- You must comply with the rules at the beach and the pool area.
- Access to the beach requires that a BPCC lot owner/member is present.
- Sorry, guests are not allowed to harvest shellfish from our beach - that is limited to community owners. You are not allowed to harvest shellfish unless a BPCC lot owner/member is present (and are subject to their limitations).
- Fireworks are prohibited in all lot areas and the swimming pool area.
- No toys or floating devices shall be used in the pool, with the exception of life jackets or inflatable swimming devices attached to the body.
- Proper swimwear shall be worn in the swimming pool. Cutoffs are prohibited.
- Motorcycles, boat trailers, and motorized vehicles of any kind are prohibited on the beach
- Fireworks are prohibited in all lot areas and the swimming pool area.
- No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon said Tract or any part thereof, nor shall anything be done or maintained thereon which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood.
- No hunting shall be permitted and the use of firearms is prohibited within the Tract.
- No poultry, livestock or animals of any kind, other than house pets, shall be kept or maintained on any part of platted lots. Household pets must be confined to owner's lot or kept on leashes at all times.
- Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., no lot owner shall or allow to emanate from such owner's lot any noise which is an annoyance or disturbance to other lot owners or their guests.
